Retina Latina contó, en su implementación, con el apoyo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo-BID y para el desarrollo de la appo obtuvo el apoyo del Fondo Internacional para la Diversidad Cultural de la UNESCO.

Retina Latina had, in its implementation, the support of the Inter-American Development Bank-IDB and for the development of the appo obtained the support of the International Fund for Cultural Diversity of UNESCO.
